1. snooping through phones could help with bust people for drug deals, inapporpreate pictures, child abuse, and plans of crimes.

2. An invasion of privacy.

3. Searching can prevent terrorists attacks.

4. Your private life could get into the wrong hands.

5. They should only look for things that will help prevent crimes.

 1. Nelson Mandela Dies at 95. Negotiated a peaceful end to segregation. Asked for forgiveness from the white government that imprisoned him.

2. Washington DC Navy Yard Shooting. Aaron Alexis thought he was being controlled by electromagnetic waves before he went on a rampage.

3. Syria Chemical Attack Allegation. A team of UN chemical weapons inspectors have confirmed that the nerve agent sarin was used in an attack on the Ghouta agricultural belt

4. China Moon Rover Lands on Moon. The Rover separated from the probe that carried it into space. It has made it's first tracks on the moon.

5. Scientists successfully cloned human stem cells. 17 years ago a sheep was cloned. Now, embryonic stem cell have been cloned.

6. Obamacare. Obamacare caused the government shutdown. It took fo what seemed like forever to get it running correctly.

7. Gay marriage. Gays want the right to marry bu the government wont give it to them.

8. Marijuana. Marijuana has become legal in some sates. Now, others want to follow in their foots steps.

9. Government shutdown. Obamacare was mostly the cause. The government was shutdown for 16 days.

10. Boston Bombing. A bombing occurred during the Boston Marathon. Injuring many people. THe people of Boston took to the situation appropriately.

1.  Do you believe the police have the same rights to "snoop" in personal cell phone usage as the NSA does?  Or is this a separate entity with different rights?
If you give them reason to be suspicious then they should have the right to look. 

2. Do we live in a society where privacy is a thing of the past? 
In some ways yes. Our social network and texts are no longer privet, so...

They may use this technique because its more efficient.

 4.  What other areas should be closely monitored? 
I think gaming profiles should be monitored more closely.

1.  Does the NSA have a right to collect your personal data without a search warrant or probable cause?
For most social media sites, the regulation for the site are in the terms and conditions you must agree to prior to creating the account. If you agree, yes, they do have that right.

2.  Why would these tech companies be against providing such said data?
Maybe they feel as if what we put on our social media profiles should only be reviewed by the people we are friends with on that site.

I don't think. We're not that picky.

I think this case shows that the father has standards for his children that are too high.

Lots of babies aren't the best looking after being born, probably due to the fact

of being inside someone's belly for nine month, but they can turn out to be very pretty or handsome when the

get older.

I don't think prisoners should have the right to vote if they are still in jail.

 should recently released felons be able to vote ?
I think the if some one if a convicted felon and had been released from jail should have the right to vote if they have been released from prison for a certain number of year. (I.e. is someone was released 25 years ago, they should have the right to vote if they have had good behavior).
