should we allow our schools to have this much power over dress? No. Not unless it becomes a violent issue.

Does the attempt to prevent violence change your stance? It does, like I said in the first question. He wasn't trying to take their rights away, it was trying to prevent a fight or something worse, like a iot, happening. I'm sure he meant nothing by it.

should they be paid why or why not? I don't think they should be paid because they already receive a free college tuition, that should be enough.

For my bill I'm actually thinking about making it a bill about how people who receive snaps benefits can only buy "junk food" if it has a certain amount of fats and sugars. If the said food doesn't reach the requirements they those people can not buy that food.

Declaring War on Grafton (i was absent for this assignment)

1. Out of the three options you must propose a way to fund this war (if tax is chosen a plan for taxation must be presented, if borrowing money is chosen the Country, how much, and how we plan to repay them must be presented, if asking our population for money you must present whether you will use T-notes or bonds).
To fund this war I would probably do more than one of the options you have listed. I would probably ask the population of the County to help pay by using Bonds, I would use raise taxes on a few item sold throughout the county. I probably raise taxes on alcohol and tobacco products.

 2. You must decide our strategy for raising an army (If asking for a volunteer force what incentives will you provide, if instituting a draft what will be the requirements for eligibility, if hiring a mercenary force how will you pay them and how will you ensure they follow the County's wishes).
I would probably go with a volunteer force because I don't think it's right to force people to go to war. I'd give them the incentives of free college tuition and free medical insurance.

 3. You must propose a strategy for delivering  the soldiers their mail

I would probably make a treaty with Upshur, Harrison, and Randolph county because in my opinion those are the wealthiest counties, so it seems

does the government have a right to restrict what people on food stamps are buying? why or why not?
No, the government should NOT be able to restrict those people of what they buy. In some house holds, food stamps may be the only way those people can buy food and by restricting them of what they can buy (in a way) takes food out of that families mouth. So government, tell me, why steal food?
