BR 3/31/14

Is racism still an issue in 2014? Yes racism if certainly still an issue in our country because someone somewhere is being judge for the color of their skin or their religion or their sexual orientation. No matter what we do and what we try to change, there will always be people judging and belittling others for some reason or another. Being racist isn't just judging someone for what color they are, there are many other ways to be racist. For example: Kristyn is wearing a red shirt and Amanda is wearing a blue shit. If someone says that they like Amanda more because she is wearing the blue shirt that's being racist toward Kristyn.

BR 3/27/14

I believe that the Justices should serve for life because it take many years to get the qualifications and experience to be a justice. I mean if they only served a, say, six year term, that would need more people to be "in line" for the job when the term is over, what if there are not enough people? I think that the American people should not get to vote on who is the justice because there is too many certifications to look at and what not. The congress and the president have more experience in the epolitical fields so they should be the one who decide who the justices are.

BR 3/25/14

The breakout of Ebola in Guinea is horrible. I think that it is a good idea for the US to send medical supplies because we don't want the outbreak to come here. If we do send them medical supplies that could help with our troops and military personnel who go there. If there is a vaccine in Guinea then our troops.

New Haven official invalidated the test results because none of the black firefighters who passed the exam had scored high enough to be considered for the positions. In the end they won.

What is your opinion of Flight 370's disappearance? Is this an issue that should concern America?
Why would someone want to delete information and a flight simulator? In my mind, I'm thinking it was an inside job, like one of the people involved with the plane deleted the information. I do think this should be a concern for American because, what if this was an act of terrorism? I mean, I hope it wasn't. I hope it was just a fluke but it could happen.

1.  Should pharmaceutical companies put people ahead of profits?
The company is just trying to do it's job. If the family cant get the medicine then its that's that. But if the company makes the drug that the little boy needs, why keep it from him?

2.  Should government be able to compel pharmaceutical companies to provide life saving medicines? I don't think they should be able to compel the company, but if the drug is being made why not use it?
