1.  Do you believe this is a frivolous law suit?  Why or why not?
I do think this law suit is needed because the guy in the video, Glenn Taylor obviously doesn't need disability.

 2,  On another note, do you believe the men who toppled the rock should be charged with destruction of property?  Why or Why not?  
Maybe he should be charged with destruction of property because he had no reason to pushed he rock over, but if he really was saving a kids life then he shouldn't be charged.
