1.  do you believe this letter is too "harsh" why or why not?
In a way the letter makes sense, those who are obese shouldn't be eating very much candy, but we're talking about children the least she could have done was give a piece of sugar free gum with the letter.

 2.   do you believe that it is her Constitutional right to hand out said letter?  Why or why not?
She does have a right to free expression, so if she chose to give out letter instead of candy that's on her. But I bet she won't get too mnay visitors this year.
